Google Calendar API

We use the Google Calendar API to access your work locations. We only store this data for a maximum of 2 months. After that, it is permanently deleted from our servers. This data is only used to build and send your reports and is never shared with third parties.

Simple Analytics

For understanding how our app is being used, we utilize Simple Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool. Here's a summary of what Simple Analytics does and does not collect:

• No Cookies
  Simple Analytics does not set any cookies or use similar technologies to track visitors.
• IP Addresses
  They do not collect or store IP addresses. Any IPs that appear in logs are immediately anonymized.
• Unique Visits
  They detect unique visits based on the referrer domain, not by using cookies or IP addresses.
• Timestamps
  They collect and store timestamps to help us understand trends over time.
• User Agents
  They collect anonymized user agent data to help us identify the operating system, device type, and browser used by visitors.
• Country and Language
  They determine the country and language of the visitor based on time zone and device settings, without using IP addresses.
• IDs
  Simple Analytics uses technical IDs to track page views and sessions, but these are not linked to personal data.
• URLs and Referrers
  They partially collect and store URLs and referrers to show where visitors came from.
• UTM Parameters
  UTM parameters are collected to understand how different marketing efforts perform.
• Device Dimensions
  They collect the dimensions of the visitor's device screen to help ensure a good user experience across all devices.
• Time on Page and Scrolled Percentage
  They measure how long a visitor stays on a page and how far they scroll, but this data is only stored in increments of 5%.

Do Not Track: If your browser has Do Not Track enabled, Simple Analytics will not collect or store any of your data.

3. Data Retention

We retain work location data for up to 2 months. After this period, the data is automatically deleted. Analytics data collected by Simple Analytics is stored according to their privacy practices, which prioritize user anonymity and minimal data collection.

You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, to correct any inaccuracies, or to request deletion of your data. If you have any concerns or questions about your privacy, please contact us directly.
